Monthly RV Sites & Amenities

Monthly site rentals are $400. Guests who choose to use either of our on-site laundry facilities can add full laundry access for an additional $50 per month, bringing the total to $450 monthly.

Your monthly fee includes water service, garbage service, and all grounds maintenance. Electricity is the only utility billed separately.

All RV sites feature full hookups for your convenience.

Community Amenities Include:

  • Two large fire pit areas with Adirondack seating for relaxing evenings

  • Two covered pavilions for gatherings and shade

  • Basketball court

  • Three horseshoe pits

  • Three cornhole courts

  • Clean, spacious laundry facilities with 10 washers and dryers
